This admission Portal is meant exclusively for the Agniveers of the Armed Forces ( Indian Army, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force) for their admission in the specially designed Skill-based Bachelor Degree Programmes of IGNOU
Other applicants may visit the Admission Portal https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in (for ODL Programmes) or https://ignouiop.samarth.edu.in (for Online Programmes).
Applications submitted on this portal by applicants other than the Agniveers shall be cancelled.

You will need to first register on the Admission Portal. To register, follow the steps given below:
Registration fee, Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fee
A non-refundable Registration Fee shall be charged along with the programme fee of first year at the time of admission.
If a student applies for cancellation of application/admission and refund of fee, the refund request will be considered as per the University policy as under:
After confirmation of admission:
Within 15 days of confirmation of admission: Programme Fee paid shall be refunded after deduction of Rs.500/- .
Within 16-90 days of confirmation of admission: Programme Fee paid shall be refunded after deduction of Rs.1000/- .
After 90 days of confirmation of admission: No refund shall be allowed.
