This admission Portal is meant exclusively for the Agniveers of the Indian Air Force for their admission in the specially designed Skill-based Bachelor Degree Programmes of IGNOU
Other applicants may visit the Admission Portal https://ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in (for ODL Programmes) or https://ignouiop.samarth.edu.in (for Online Programmes).
Applications submitted on this portal by applicants other than the Agniveers of Indian Air Force shall be cancelled.
Last date for submission of application (Except Certificate and Semester-based Programmes) : 31st October 2024
To request for cancellation of your admission, please send a mail from your registered mail id to canceladms@ignou.ac.in. Mails received from any non-registered mail id shall not be entertained.
Also, request for cancellation sent to any other mail id shall not be entertained.
Guidelines for submission:
You will need to first register on the Admission Portal. To register, follow the steps given below:

- Click on the button NEW REGISTRATION that appears in the applicant login area and fill the required registration details. Please provide your own email and mobile number because you will receive all communications from the University on your email/mobile
- Your Username should be between 8 to 16 characters.
- Your password should be alphanumeric and between 8 to 16 characters. Do not share your password with anyone.
- After filling the mandatory information click the "SUBMIT" button.
- Your username will be instantly sent to you via e-mail and SMS.
- Remember your Username and Password for subsequent login.
- If you have already registered, click the "LOGIN" button
- Before proceeding for filling the form online, please keep the following ready:
- Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)
- Scanned copy of 10th pass certificate (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned copy of 10+2 pass/equivalent certificate (less than 200 KB)
- Scanned copy of the Permission Letter issued by the CO (less than 200 KB)
- Fee can be paid by following methods:
- Credit Card (Master/Visa)
- Debit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay)
- Net Banking
- It is necessary to scan documents from your originals. Scans of photocopies shall not be accepted.
- Once you have uploaded the document, click the next button. You will get the Form preview option. Please go through each entry in the Preview carefully and make corrections if necessary. Once you submit the application, no editing shall be allowed. Save/Print your form for future reference.
Registration fee, Cancellation of Admission and Refund of Fee
- The Registration Fee is non-refundable.
- The fee paid shall be refunded prior to confirmation of admission.
- An amount equivalent to 15% of the programme fee, subject to a ceiling of Rs.2,000/-, will be deducted from the fee paid in case the request for cancellation is received after the confirmation of admission.
- In case a student has opted for soft copy of the study material, the fee paid will be refunded after deducting the Registration fee only.
- If a request for cancellation is received from a student who has availed fee exemption and has paid only the Registration fee and Development fee, only the Development fee will be refunded.
- No Refund of fee will be admissible after 60 days of the closing date of the admissions.
